Three classes are on offer.

One Body is a body weights only class, no equipment needed.

Expect to train in ways that will have you asking if you ever need equipment again.

Mondays 7am and 12pm

Adding resistance is a class that will require the use of a single or pair of dumbbells or kettlebells.

For extra resistance feel free to add a band.

Wednesday's 7am and 12pm

One Bell is hybrid class, combining the use of both body weight and the use of one bell (dumbbell or kettlebell).

Fridays 7am and 12pm
